Congratulations to Chia-yu Hsu for successfully defending her dissertation, Fan Jing (Folk Images), an orchestral work in three movements.
Congratulations also to Jennifer Woodruff for sucessfully defending her dissertation, Learning to Listen,Learning to Be: Girls and Hiphop in a Durham Boys and Girls Club. Jennifer is a Visiting Assistant Professor at Bates College.
